According to the decision, the total investment of the project continues to be maintained at 60 billion VND. However, some expense items are adjusted to suit the actual requirements in the implementation process.
Construction costs were adjusted to increase by more than 1.56 billion VND, raising the total value to more than 52.26 billion VND. Project management costs increased by more than 39 million VND. To balance capital sources, contingency costs were adjusted down by more than 1.47 billion VND; at the same time, construction investment consulting costs and other costs were also reviewed and adjusted down correspondingly.
The restructuring of expense items is aimed at ensuring investment efficiency, meeting the technical requirements of relic conservation and restoration work, and at the same time not changing the approved total investment.
In addition to adjusting the capital structure, the project is also supplemented and completed with some contents on site planning and architectural solutions.
The Provincial People's Committee requests the Department of Culture and Sports and related units to organize the project implementation in accordance with the approved content; strictly manage the progress, quality of works and the use of investment capital.
