According to News1, the company directly run by comedian Park Na Rae is in a difficult situation as she continuously faces serious controversies.
The charges filed include abuse of power in management, violations of medical regulations, and sensational revelations from former managers related to sensitive behaviors occurring in cars.
According to summaries from many media agencies on January 5, the 2nd Tax Investigation Department of the Seoul Tax Department conducted a specialized tax investigation lasting about a month, starting from November 2022, against Park Na Rae and Enpark Company.

During the investigation, tax authorities discovered that Park Na Rae's mother was registered to hold the position of director at Enpark but in fact did not participate in operating or working at the company. However, this business still paid her a salary of up to millions of won per month, equivalent to nearly 80 million won per year.
A source said that since Enpark was established in July 2018, Park Na Rae has earned nearly 10 billion won as of mid-2021. Most of this income is retained as a company fund before being investigated by the tax authorities.
Functional agencies believe that the above model shows signs of recording unreal expenses or revenue omissions, with the initial estimated tax evasion amounting to tens of billions of won. However, after a review process, the final recovered amount was determined to be around 200-300 million won and the investigation has been closed.
Previously, on January 2, Channel A reported on the content of a complaint sent by Park Na Rae's former managers to authorities, in which they accused her of inappropriate behavior while traveling by car, forcing her companions to witness in a closed space.
The complaint was filed on December 18, 2025 at the Gangnam Branch of the Seoul Department of Labor and Employment. The labor agency said it is expected to summon former managers involved this month to serve the investigation.
