Right at the beginning of the new year 2026, on the evening of January 25, another concert will continue to be held with a scale of 50,000 spectators to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Party and the success of the 14th National Party Congress.
The above concerts all take place at 30/10 Square with the backdrop being overlapping limestone mountains on Ha Long Bay.
An event director who participated in organizing the program in Quang Ninh shared that few places can set up stages as flexiblely as here: from coastal areas, squares, urban areas, to very unique spaces such as coal production areas or historical and cultural relics.
The "natural stages" considered the most beautiful in the old Ha Long City today are 30/10 Square, Ha Long ward and the Lighthouse, Bai Chay ward.

On that basis, Quang Ninh province will continue to build an open cultural and tourism ecosystem, flexible mechanisms and a favorable environment for large-scale, high-quality art programs and cultural events to be organized regularly, professionally and with strong spillover effects.
