The program was held at the Vietnam - Japan Labor Culture Palace (Hong Gai ward), to celebrate the Vietnam - Japan Local Cooperation Forum held in Quang Ninh province from November 23 to 26.

The 70-minute program was staged as a bridge connecting cultures, expressing the friendship between the two countries through unique works of art, blending tradition and modernity.
Performance promoting the image of Quang Ninh and Vietnam, performing Northeast folk melodies, traditional musical instruments, Vietnamese - Japanese bilingual songs, Yosakoi dances... were performed by nearly 100 artists, actors, and young singers of the Mining Zone.

The program also featured singers Nguyen Ngoc Anh, To Minh Thang and a performance exchange by Mr. Yamamoto Ichita - Governor of Gunma Prefecture (Japan).
The event is a warm welcome to delegates attending the Vietnam - Japan Local Cooperation Forum in Quang Ninh.

With elaborate preparation, the art program welcoming the forum brought an impressive, unique performance, contributing to further strengthening the friendship between Vietnam and Japan.
