On December 18, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Cao Bang province coordinated with IGB Joint Stock Company to organize a handover ceremony and launch the smart tourism software "Cao Bang Tourism".
Attending were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and representatives of departments, branches, localities, Provincial Tourism Association and tourism businesses in the area.
Cao Bang Tourism was built to promote digital transformation of the tourism industry, digitize data, form a centralized data governance and exploitation platform; support businesses to participate in the digital ecosystem, enhance promotion, develop e-commerce tourism and improve state management efficiency.

The software integrates a lot of information about destinations, scenic spots, indigenous culture, traditional products, cuisine and resort tourism; at the same time, there are features such as digital tourism maps, destination data management, receiving tourist feedback, analyzing user behavior using AI.
The system aims to connect tourists - businesses - management agencies, operating synchronously on websites and mobile devices.
At the ceremony, IGB signed the handover of software to Cao Bang province and pledged to continue accompanying and completing the system in the coming time.
On this occasion, Phat Thanh Advertising and Communications Joint Stock Company (Hanoi) presented the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Cao Bang province with an LED screen worth 179 million VND for communication work.
