On December 17, according to PV's research, the People's Committee of Cao Bang province has just issued Decision No. 60/2025/QD-UBND on the revocation of all 16 legal documents previously issued by the province.
This is to ensure the consistency and synchronization of the legal system in the context of many new documents at the central and local levels being issued.
According to this decision, the abolished documents were issued in the period from 2008 to 2024, spanning many areas of state management such as transportation, construction, planning, land resources, environment, justice, health and culture - society.
Theabout of the above documents is carried out on the basis of the Law on Organization of Local Government, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents (amended and supplemented) and the Government's decrees regulating the work of inspection, review, and systematization of legal documents, according to the proposal of the Director of the Department of Justice of Cao Bang province.
The decision takes effect from the date of signing, the Provincial People's Committee requests the Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Directors of relevant departments, branches, and sectors, Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards, and relevant organizations and individuals to seriously implement it.
This is a regular activity of state agencies to promptly eliminate inappropriate, overlapping, contradictory or replaced regulations, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management and facilitating people and businesses in the process of implementing administrative procedures.
