Ms. Ha said: "Currently, the company is reviewing and will call each audience member who has bought tickets to carry out the ticket return procedures. We will contact all audience members to confirm whether they continue to wait for the program or carry out ticket refunds, then proceed to transfer money to each audience member".
According to Ms. Ha, the company plans to start from January 10, the company will call those who left contact numbers to fully refund the purchased tickets, 100% refund; in case tickets have a discount, the corresponding discount will be deducted.
Regarding the request for compensation for travel expenses and air tickets of many viewers, Ms. Ha said that this is beyond the company's ability to pay.
Ms. Ha also apologized, saying that as a manufacturing company and also a director, the show postponement caused great losses, including force majeure factors.

The program has the participation of many top singers such as Hong Nhung, Ha Tran, NSND Tan Minh, Doan Trang, Pham Thu Ha... Unfortunately, the music night was canceled at the last minute, causing outrage among artists and audiences.
