Lao Dong Newspaper reporters asked about the reason for the cancellation of the show and the ticket refund for the audience, but Ms. Ha only replied to follow on the fanpage and did not provide any further information.
Previously, on the evening of December 28th, at My Dinh Athletics Palace (Hanoi), thousands of spectators fell into a state of confusion and outrage when the music night "Coming Here, Four Heavenly Birds" was suddenly postponed right before the performance time.
The program was scheduled to start at 8 pm, but at that time, the stage was still empty, showing no signs of performance preparation. At about 8:30 pm, a representative of the organizing committee appeared on stage, apologized to the audience and announced the program's postponement for "force majeure reasons", and promised to have new information at the end of January 2026.
This short announcement immediately caused the stands to fall into chaos. Many spectators flocked to the stage area, requesting the organizers to explain the cause clearly.
According to research, at about 7 pm on the same day, the organizing committee's fanpage once posted an announcement to postpone the show due to unsecured organizational conditions. However, just a few minutes later, this article was deleted and the organizing committee confirmed that the program would still take place as planned, while many audiences were present at the organizing location.
After the incident, Ngoc Viet Show fanpage posted a short apology and announced a postponement to January 2026. However, this handling continued to face a wave of criticism from the audience, who believe that the organizers need to have a clear explanation and a more specific benefit solution.
Behind-the-scenes developments of the program also had many fluctuations. Initially, the announcement music night had the participation of artists Hong Nhung, Ha Tran, Doan Trang, Tan Minh, Bang Kieu; musician Hoai Sa held the role of music director, Cao Trung Hieu as general director.
After that, singer Bang Kieu, musician Hoai Sa and Mr. Cao Trung Hieu successively withdrew, replaced by Mr. Vu Hong Thang and Vu Quang Trung.
Close to the performance time, music director Vu Quang Trung continued to announce on social networks that he and some artists did not participate in the program because the organizers did not fully implement the contract terms. Artists such as Hong Nhung, Doan Trang, Tran Manh Tuan also successively confirmed their withdrawal from the event.
The music night "Ve day bon canh chim troi" was announced in October, after more than two months of preparation. On December 28, the organizers announced the temporary suspension of the show due to lack of funding, then affirmed that the program would still take place.
