Thanh Hoa - The province has just planned to temporarily stop welcoming visitors at the Am Tien relic site to serve the renovation and embellishment work.

On December 29, information from the Ho Citadel Heritage Management Board and key relics of Thanh Hoa province said that Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a notice to temporarily stop welcoming visitors and practicing religion at the historical relic site, national scenic spot of Ba Trieu uprising.

Accordingly, the points within the scope of temporary suspension include Nui Nua, Den Nua and Am Tien. The temporary suspension is to carry out the renovation, embellishment, and environmental sanitation of the relic site, meeting the requirements of serving people and tourists during the Lunar New Year and festival season.

The suspension period starts from December 30, 2025 to the end of February 1, 2026.

Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requests the Ho Citadel Heritage Management Board and key historical sites of the province to widely inform people and tourists. At the same time, organize the planting of temporary suspension signs at the beginning of roads leading to the relic and in the relic area to avoid affecting the sightseeing plan during the temporary suspension period.
