To keep Tao Quan up with the recording schedule (usually in January of the solar calendar every year), Tao Quan has "mobilized" personnel very early, even a month in advance.
The cast will have time to get acquainted, study scripts, and dialogues. Meritorious Artist Quang Thang shared that the dialogues for the characters in Tao Quan are very "scary", because they are lengthy, with many specialized languages.
When the cast practices dialogue and researches scripts, there will always be 2 secretaries sitting next to them to record changes.

According to Meritorious Artist Chi Trung, the cast participated in making a lot of contributions to the Tao Quan script, so that the story and dialogue, and the acting style of the cast are in sync and harmonious with each other.
To carefully study the script, acting style, and harmonious choreography, the crew worked for many weeks, and there were long days when they had to practice day and night.
Tao Quan is likened to a "project" with many efforts and endeavors of the production crew.

The veteran artists who have been associated with the program for 20 years are also facing pressure to innovate and replace. But the young artists are criticized for not being qualified and talented enough to perform in depth.
