Some new points of the 2022 Law on Emulation and Commendation are disseminated to cadres, civil servants and public employees in the culture, sports and tourism sector.
Accordingly, the law will require stronger decentralization and delegation of power in emulation and reward work.
Clearly demonstrate the principle of rewarding based on achievements and promoting the timeliness of rewards based on merit and achievements to overcome the previous situation of rewarding based on "accumulated achievements, cumulative achievements".
Bringing the emulation movement towards the grassroots, linked to the implementation of political tasks of the locality and unit, practical, linked to the interests of those directly participating in the emulation, limiting formalities in the emulation, ensuring synchronous implementation in 4 stages (discovery, training, summarization and replication of advanced models).
