This art program (concert) is one of the activities to celebrate the 89th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Mining Workers - Traditional Day of the Coal Industry (November 12, 193 12.11.2025) and stimulate tourism in the fourth quarter of 2025 in Quang Ninh province.
This special art program is scheduled to take place on November 14, 2025, at October 30 Square, on the shore of Ha Long Bay, in Ha Long Ward, Quang Ninh Province.
The content of this concert is to praise the achievements of Quang Ninh province, honor the traditional values, core "discipline and Unity" of the Coal industry; the contributions and dedication of the working class in the Mining region, thereby affirming the important role of the Coal industry in the development of Quang Ninh province in particular and the country in general; at the same time, towards the aspiration to innovate, modernize and greening the energy industry.
The scale of the concert is equivalent to the scale of Ha Long Concert 2025, which took place on the evening of October 29, with about 30,000 attendees including delegates, people and tourists.
The expected participating singers include: Trong Tan, Quang Tho, Pham Thu Ha, rapper Den, Hoang Thuy Linh, Rhyder, Quang Hung MasterD, Toc Tien, Ho Ngoc Ha, Truc Nhan, Bich Phuong.
The implementation unit is the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province. The coordinating units include: Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV), Corps 19 - Dong Bac Corporation, Ha Long University, Provincial Police, Provincial Military Command, related enterprises and localities.
On the occasion of the 89th anniversary of the Mining Workers' Traditional Day - Coal Industry Traditional Day (November 12, 193 12-November 2025), many exciting and attractive activities will take place at October 30 Square and the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace.

In addition to the special art program on the evening of November 14, it is expected that the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group, Ha Long University, Provincial Police, and the Provincial Military Command will organize 1 art performance program (90p) each during the exhibition days.
