This special political art program opens a series of tourism stimulus events in the province in the fourth quarter of 2025, aiming to implement a breakthrough in developing the unique culture of Quang Ninh, associated with building cultural industry, heritage economy, night-time economy and urban economy in the spirit of the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Party Congress.
This is also an activity to celebrate the 62nd anniversary of the founding of Quang Ninh province (October 30, 1963 - October 30, 2025) and contributes to strongly attracting tourists in the fall - winter of 2025, creating momentum for economic growth for the locality.
Ha Long Concert 2025, with the theme "Heritage Fireworks - Lighting up the Future", organized by Quang Ninh province, will be broadcast live on QTV1, QTV3 channels and widely rebroadcast on newspapers and radio and television in provinces and cities across the country.
With a large scale, gathering a team of leading Vietnamese singers, a team of professional creativity and the most modern stage, sound and lighting system, the program promises to bring a grand and explosive music festival.
The program is 120 minutes long, including 4 main parts. In particular, the highlight is the creativity between live-cast - art performance - reporting - exchanging, the participation of famous singers and artists with great influence such as: Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, singer Tung Duong, Vo Ha Tram, Noo Phuoc Thinh, Duc Phuc, Phuong My Chi, Dong Hung, Bao Anh, Phuong Ly, Lam Bao Ngoc, Nguyen Hung, Rapper country, Oplus group, solo drum Thu Ha with actors and artists of Ha Long University, Tinh Binh Lieu Then Gia Club, Quang Ninh Youth Cultural Palace. The program ended with a high-altitude fireworks display.
Not only a performance program, "Heroic Heritage - Lighting Up the Future" is an artistic journey telling the story of the land and people of Quang Ninh - where the heritage spirit converges and shines with the desire to rise up, where people and tourists join in the proud, youthful and dynamic atmosphere of a confident, steadfast Quang Ninh, moving forward in the new era of development.
It is expected that Ha Long Concert 2025 will attract over 30,000 attendees and millions of viewers via television and digital platforms. About 20,000 free invitation tickets will be distributed to people and tourists inside and outside the province (each person will receive 1 invitation ticket).
Registration time is from 7:00 p.m., October 21, 2025 until the registration portal records the number of successful registered audiences. The system will issue a QR code to confirm when the audience successfully registers on the system.
Time to change printed tickets for those who have successfully registered is from 09:00 on October 27, 2025 to 12:00, October 29, 2025 at the Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace of Quang Ninh province (Tran Quoc Nghien street, Ha Long ward, Quang Ninh province). When coming to receive printed tickets, the audience must present a QR code issued by the online registration system with a Citizen ID card for comparison if necessary, to avoid duplication or fraud.
