In 2022, just one year after purchasing the property, the celebrity couple considered selling the building for 140 billion won, but in the end they did not sell.

Real estate experts predict that the current price of the building has significantly exceeded 140 billion won. According to News1, Kim Tae Hee and Bi Rain earned about 60 billion won (1,104 billion VND) after 3 years.
Kim Tae Hee and Bi Rain are a star couple who make huge profits from real estate.
Previously, Kim Tae Hee bought a building in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul for 13.2 billion won in 2014. By 2021, it was sold for 20.3 billion won, with a market profit of 7.1 billion won.
Bi Rain purchased a building located in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul in 2008 for 16.8 billion won and used it as his company headquarters before selling it for 45.9 billion won in 2022, earning a profit of 32.7 billion won.
In addition, a house in Itaewon-dong that Rain bought for 5.3 billion won in 2016 was sold for 8.5 billion won in 2022, generating a market profit of 3.2 billion won.
