This is a record number never seen before at any exhibition in Vietnam. On September 1 alone, the number of visitors reached more than 1 million, becoming the peak day since the opening.
According to the Prime Minister's decision, the exhibition period will last until September 15, 2025.
According to Lao Dong reporters at the exhibition "National Achievements: 80 Years of independence - freedom - Happiness", many visitors hope that the event will be extended instead of ending on the evening of September 5 as originally planned.
With special appeal, the extension will create more opportunities for those who are far away or have not been able to visit during the recent peak days.
Ms. Hoang Hoa My (Nghe An) visited Hanoi on the occasion of National Day to watch the A80 parade and parade but did not have time to arrange to visit the exhibition because the first days were very crowded with visitors, and traffic was partially congested at the exhibition entrance.
Ms. My shared: I am very happy that the exhibition will be held until mid-September. Thus, I will have the opportunity to return to Hanoi to visit more fully, without missing the opportunity. This is a big event that everyone wants to experience in person.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien (Thai Nguyen) shared: The exhibition is very grand and spacious. I could not explore all the indoor and outdoor spaces in one session. Hearing the news of an extended exhibition, I will definitely return with relatives and friends.

To serve the huge number of visitors, the organizers have prepared a large-scale service and utility system. There are 20 direct bus routes and 2 free internal electric vehicle routes, making travel convenient.
The food court is arranged in a variety of ways, including more than 114 outdoor kiosks in the Northern and Western courts, along with many indoor areas in the large halls of the Golden Eagle House and the A House.
The system of 12 information booths, signs showing the entire campus, Digimap digital map and a free experience handbook also contribute to supporting visitors.
A total of 925 toilets, including a dedicated area for people with disabilities, are arranged to meet the needs of hundreds of thousands of people every day.
The operation is guaranteed by nearly 2,000 receptionists and volunteers. Despite welcoming a record number of visitors, the services at the Vietnam Exhibition Center are still maintained thoughtfully, cleanly and safely.
This is also considered a clear demonstration of VEC's organizational and coordination capacity, affirming its ability to accommodate large-scale events and exhibitions around the world.
Along with sightseeing activities, there are an average of 100 events, performances and experiential activities per day. Notable are large-scale art programs such as HCMC - Trust and Aspiration (29/8), Vang Mai Van Hoc of the Ministry of Public Security (3.9), along with performances by domestic and foreign artists.
High-altitude fireworks displays were held on the evenings of August 28, September 2 and 13, creating a vibrant highlight for the festival atmosphere.
The exhibition also attracts visitors with a series of rich activities such as robot performances, hot air balloons, artistic kitchens, culinary promotions, hand-craft performances by craft villagers, traditional arts from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and 34 provinces and cities.
More than 200 exhibition areas organize many seminars, experiential activities, interactions and gift giving, bringing visitors a space of harmony between information, culture and entertainment.
