The "key" to opening the door to enter the future of the nation

We are living in a world of so much change. Many human and cultural values are at risk of being destroyed and trampled. It is not without the writers who have been confused and lost their way in their composition at one point or another.

But when a writer writes in the spirit and sustainable values of national culture, writes for the people and integrates into the times, integrates into the world, their creative path is clearly established. That is how Vietnamese writers from generation to generation have walked, lived and created on the path of the nation's sincerity and continued to create new values for people and the nation.

The revolution of streamlining the apparatus is only the first step of a major revolution of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Our Party has recognized the "bottleneck" in the social structure of Vietnam, including the State management apparatus. That "bottleneck" is the bottleneck of thinking. When thinking is unleashed, human potential is unleashed. It releases free wings for humans to fly. The same goes for a nation.

I always think that the "key" to opening the door to the future of the Vietnamese people must be cast with three " collateral": Salary, intelligence and freedom. Tri salary is the virtue of a nation. A nation without virtue is an unlivable nation, not entitled to be a true person and will be lost. The ultimate goal of all people, all races is to live as people.

Intelligence is the energy to make a nation grow and create a scientific, civilized and humane view. But freedom will be a big help for the virtue and intelligence of the nation to fly. freedom is a vast field for us to sow the seeds of virtue and intelligence. From there, the nation's great dreams will be built in the seasons.

The first and most important foundation of every nation is human conscience. If a person without a conscience would be lost in a wild world. Tri thuc is the awareness of human life in society and in life, the understanding of all things, the love, sharing, the desire to learn, the inspiration to live and the sacrifice for people and the nation.

Cultural excitement is to make culture melt in all areas of life

Culture is the only factor that determines all the behavior of an individual towards another individual and towards their community. The greatest dream of humanity is to build a world of love, sharing, compassion and sacrifice. That is a world covered by the entire cultural space.

Faced with the serious decline of a number of cadres and party members, the message of culture is more important than ever for a highest political organization and especially for the balance and development of the country. Previously, when a successful person in a court contest would be appointed as an official. But before he was officially appointed as an official, the court allowed the person to go to the place where the person who passed the exam to live to find out if he was filial to his grandparents and parents?

Do you love your brothers? Do you feel good about sharing and helping your neighbors? Those qualities of a person are called culture. That is the only seed to create good things for society. If he cannot do those things, the court will not appoint him. Because a person without those qualities will never know how to sacrifice for the common good of the whole community.

Especially those who hold important positions in society but are ungrateful, uncomfortable, unable to share, insensitive, greedy, lying... then those people only serve themselves. From there, he will become an epidemic virus that causes disadvantages for society and Thus, the management apparatus of any country will be weakened and lead to collapse.

There is a principle of living as a truth that we must understand: To throw a bunch of garbage, cursing a sentence in public only takes 10 seconds. But for a person passing by to bounce down and arbitrarily pick up a piece of garbage and put it in a trash can, to smile at a person crossing the street, to say thank you or apologize to someone in public, to help a person in a mistaken position... it takes 100 years. 100 years is the time to form a cultural behavior.

The nation's greatest enemy in war is the clearly defined invaders, but the nation's most dangerous enemy in peace is the one that is not easy to identify. These are insensitivity, selfishness, greed, dishonor and cruelty. It is the degradation and moral transformation in each person.

It is hidden in everyday life, it can have an honest and miraculous face that is difficult to recognize. Therefore, the mission and responsibility of Vietnamese writers at this time is even greater and more complicated. The people and the country need the voice of love for humanity, of honesty, of courage from writers in this struggle.

We are no longer war, no longer cold, but our culture is broken somewhere, at some point. Materialism and insensitivity are threatening and challenging us every day. If we do not re-establish a cultural life, we will gradually fading away. Therefore, culture - the only factor to create virtue - is now the only medicine to restore conscience and save all of human spiritual life and to prevent insensitivity, greed, and lying that are present in society, which sometimes appear blatantly, challenging humanity's conscience.

The reality of Vietnam's society is posing great challenges to those who manage the country and is a warning about the risks that threaten the country's development. These are very worrying issues in the love and awareness of the Vietnamese people for nature protection, cultural beauty protection, human values protection, awareness of national history and the ability to recognize and explain the survival changes of the nation.

All of these risks are only neutralized and improved when cultural reserves are revived in a large community. If we look deep into Vietnamese life in all aspects, we see significant gaps. The Party's fight against corruption shows an extremely important issue: the awareness of living for great things and the self-respect of a person in front of the community has been and is being broken.

A cadre with a position ready to receive bribes of millions of dollars is no longer within the scope of material things but within the scope of "certainty of life and self-respect". When people lose their certainty and self-respect, they will lose all the ability to improve. The law does not make them afraid, honor does not make them lose their jobs, justice does not make them think.

The world has changed fundamentally and profoundly in perception and action. Therefore, culture is not limited to traditional things but is always relevant in all issues related to social life. Therefore, in the spirit of "cultural revival", it also includes expanding the scale of culture. Because culture is not "inactivity".

Culture is a constant movement and always adds new values. The cultural beauty of the 40s of the 20th century still exists, but it blends with the cultural beauty of the life of the 20s of the 21st century, while receiving the spirit and ideas of a new era.

Cultural excitement is not only about exciting in a separate space, a group of people with high knowledge of society, but also about making culture blend in all living spaces, in all different cultural regions. Not only in big cities can people enjoy high-class cultural values or products, but the whole community needs or must enjoy them. This is the superiority of the Party's cultural policy or strategy.

To revive culture, the first important thing is to bring cultural products to each individual in society. Every member of society must enjoy cultural products in addition to other life values.

Everything is very clear, from the Party's policies to the inspiration for a new era for the people, especially the intellectual and artistic classes. We are all starting to get involved in this work. This is a great opportunity for those with thinking and courage to get involved in this comprehensive revolution.
