4 parts of the program are named: "Creative Aspiration", "Culture Spreading", "Peace - Human Love" and "Vietnamese People Shining".

Welcoming the New Year 2026 - Vietnam Symphony" is a journey where the stories and aspirations of each person blend together, opening up a new face for the country.
The program also brought audiences to the Vietnam Space Center to record the story of scientific and technological innovation - a new driving force for Vietnam to enter the era of creativity; visit Hoa Thinh commune, Dak Lak and houses of people newly built, stable lives after the Quang Trung lightning campaign; the most challenging stage of athlete Lai Ly Huynh on the path to conquering the World Championship in the standard chess event, contributing to bringing Vietnam to affirm its intelligence on the world map; is the pride of a united, strong, and aspirational Vietnamese country and people.
In which, each note carries its own strength, has the sound of perseverance, has the melody of creativity, has the harmony of breakthrough. When they resonate, they create the rhythm of a Vietnam that is entering the new year with a spirit of confidence and aspiration to reach far.
Throughout the program are nearly 20 elaborately staged art performances with many unique musical colors with the participation of People's Artist Thu Huyen, Meritorious Artist Duong Thuy Anh, Pham Thu Ha, Pham Anh Khoa, Huong Tram, Duc Phuc...
Musician Huy Tuan - Music Director said that the program selects successful singers who have achieved many successes in the year and works loved by audiences. The highlight of the program is the combination of symphony language and refreshing works in a unique art space of VTV.
Director Bui Thai Duong added that the stage "Welcome New Year 2026 - Vietnam Symphony" is designed flexibly, taking advantage of the strengths and movements of LED screens, thereby creating blocks and pieces, assembled into a symphony of images.
