This year's holiday season, Vinh city has piloted 4 types of free services at Cua Lo beach, including: parking lot, open-air swimming spot, public toilets and wifi. However, during the operation, many shortcomings appeared, causing tourists to reflect on social networks and the press.
Recorded at some showers, weak water flow, and small numbers of taps, tourists have to wait in line. Some toilets are not hygienic, affecting people's experience. The chaos at the free parking lot also caused public outrage.

In this situation, Vinh City People's Committee held an urgent meeting, directing Nghe An Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company and related units to urgently overcome the situation. Three specialized teams including electricity and water teams, construction cleaning teams and operating teams have been established with a total of 50 personnel on duty, supervising and operating services.
On May 7, at many locations along Cua Lo beach, workers are rushing to build more shower stations, renovate toilets, install dressing rooms, and add water pumps. The new pumping system with a larger capacity has helped the water flow strongly, meeting the huge needs of tourists.

Vinh City has also installed 2 new water pumps, adding 2 shower stations with a total of 18 new faucets. Thus, the entire Cua Lo beach currently has 20 free swimming pools. In addition, three 2,000-liter water tanks were added to ensure a stable supply during peak hours.
The timely upgrading and completion of public services demonstrates Vinh city's efforts in building the image of civilized and friendly Cua Lo tourism, meeting the expectations of people and tourists.
