According to artist Giang Phong, the series of works made in the past time includes sketches, oil paintings and large-sized paintings that he introduced to the public on the occasion of the Binh Ngo New Year 2026.

This is the result of a continuous creative process, from sketches in the highlands to elaborate completed works in the studio.
For him, horses are not only a familiar shaping theme but also carry many layers of meaning.
Through each work, the image of horses appears strong, proud but also quiet, lonely in the mountainous space.

Many paintings associated with Da Lat's characteristics such as fog, cold wind, dawn light or twilight, are expressed through color blocks and brushstrokes imbued with the highland imprint.
The highlight of the exhibition is the large-sized painting set "Bat Ma Cat Tuong" including 4 works, along with the "Horse" series with works such as "Bach Van Ma", "Xich Tho Ma", "Kim Van Ma".
Besides, there are horse portraits with their own personalities, built by artists like independent "characters".

The artist said that he created the set of paintings to welcome the Binh Ngo New Year 2026.
“For me, horses are silent companions, symbols of the desire for freedom. Whether in the cold mist or the biting wind, there is always a resilient flame,” he shared.

Currently, "Wild Horse Feet" is displayed at Dalat Cadasa Resort (No. 14 Tran Hung Dao, Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat, Lam Dong) until the end of February 2026.
The exhibition is an opportunity for art lovers to access their own perspective on the image of horses in contemporary painting; at the same time, feel the artistic nuances associated with the space and climate of Da Lat at the beginning of the new spring.
