"Whoever sings this afternoon is echoed on the waves. Remember Luu Nguyen in the past Lac to Dao Nguyen". The lyrics on the top have opened for the "Thien Thai" song, but who is Luu Nguyen? It was not a name but the surname of the two boys Luu Than and Nguyen Trieu Lac in the Tien cave.
The story is similar to the story of Tu Thuc len tien taking place in Nga Son, Thanh Hoa.
However, no one knows where Liu Than and Nguyen Trieu are, except that on the day of the Lunar New Year of a certain year, the two men Liu and Nguyen went into the forest to pick medicine, meet fairies and then get married.
Half a year, the scene, the person who had come to Thien Co, the two men had to leave no one knew. Since then, people use the fifth day of the lunar month to commemorate the two men, and also go to the forest to pick leaves as medicine to wish to dream of straying in Tien Nhu Luu - Nguyen.
Pear picking for medicine on the 5th day of the 5th lunar month is popular throughout Vietnam. In the book Vietnamese customs, author Phan Ke Binh - famous translator for his version of the classic Three National Exercises edited by Vinh Bui Ky Thuongs workshop - also wrote about this custom.

It is strange that not only Vietnamese people but also Co Tu people in the mountainous areas of Quang Nam province also have the custom of picking everything that can be found on the 5th day to dry and mix drinking water.
They all call this the "Lay of the Year" that has the effect of curing all diseases, truly all diseases are negative and all diseases are terminal. However, only on the 5th day of the 5th lunar month did plants have such a valid medicine, and on other days they lost their effectiveness.
No one can explain this in a relaxing way, just temporarily consider it a supernatural phenomenon of Doan Ngo day.
