The road name was given to grateful and honored the excellent documentary filmmaker of the Soviet people, Roman Karmen - who recorded invaluable films about the victory of Dien Bien Phu 1954 and the resistance of the Vietnamese people.

Mr. Kostas Sarantidis (Vietnamese name Nguyen Van Lap) had a young, exciting life, devoted to the Vietnamese revolution.
During the anti -French resistance war, he was tasked with doing the enemy work on the battlefield of Quang Nam - Da Nang, he made excellent merits when he sensed 40 Le Duong soldiers to let his gun return to his family.
Henri Martin Street is 175m long, connecting Vo Nguyen Giap street to Muong Thanh A urban residential area (Muong Thanh ward). The name of the Road memorized Henri Martin, the French friend bravely struggled against the wars of invading Vietnam.
