Mr. Dang Tuan Tu: In 2024, the company encountered many difficulties in production and business activities due to a sharp decrease in orders, which greatly affected the company's development as well as the material and spiritual life of employees.
However, with the motto "Chang Shin develops sustainably, makes breakthroughs, and leaves no one behind", the Executive Board of the grassroots trade union has closely coordinated with the company's leaders to develop an action plan to care for workers, committed to maintaining stable jobs, encouraging the spirit of workers, and together overcoming all difficulties and challenges.
During the difficult time of orders, the company had to take care of nearly 40,000 workers, but the Union Executive Committee discussed with the company's Board of Directors to reach an agreement to ensure jobs for all workers, "not to cut any workers".
In 2024, the Executive Board of the grassroots trade union also negotiated benefits for employees in 2025: Adjusting the minimum wage advance of 100,000 VND to the basic salary, then increasing it by 3% for all employees; Living allowance increased by 200,000 VND to 1.5 million VND; Child allowance increased by 50,000 VND to 150,000 VND/child/month; Tet bonus maintained as annual, each year of work is 5% of the basic salary but not more than 200%....
* What activities has the union done to take care of the welfare of union members, workers in difficult circumstances, and workers' children?
Mr. Dang Tuan Tu: The grassroots union executive board initiated the establishment of the “Changhsin Family Mutual Assistance Association”. Up to now, the association has supported member families with nearly 14 billion VND.
The program "Charity Arms" has supported 45 workers with serious illnesses with over 2 billion VND.
The grassroots trade union also awarded 6 "Union Shelters" worth 50 million VND/house; honored nearly 8,000 children of workers with outstanding achievements, with a total cost of more than 2.3 billion VND, and awarded scholarships to 220 children of workers...
The highlight in 2024 is that the grassroots trade union executive board has an initiative to establish a house repair team for workers who are not eligible to build houses. To date, the team has completed 3 houses, with support value ranging from 30-40 million VND/house.

* How was the salary and bonus situation for employees last year, sir?
Mr. Dang Tuan Tu: Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited has given Lunar New Year bonuses for the year of the Snake 2025 to employees. Accordingly, employees who have worked for a full year will receive a Lunar New Year bonus of 100% of their salary, equivalent to 1 month's salary.
For every additional year of work, employees will receive an additional 5%, and the maximum is 200%, equivalent to 2 months' salary.
The company also offers a 2025 New Year bonus of VND 200,000/person.
The company currently has 38,500 employees, of which 82% are female and 22% are male. The average income in 2024 is more than 11.5 million VND/month/employee, 99.99% of employees are union members.
