On May 13, Mr. Ho Cong Duong - Standing Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had deployed to collect comments on the draft Report of the Executive Committee of the 13th Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to be submitted to the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
The collection of opinions is widely deployed among members of the Executive Committee, the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation; Trade unions of communes, wards, special zones and grassroots trade unions at agencies, units, and enterprises.

According to the leader of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, the organization of comments aims to promote the spirit of democracy, responsibility and wisdom of officials, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers towards the draft political report of the trade union organization in the new term.
Notably, many units have applied digital transformation in the process of collecting opinions. Some grassroots trade unions have implemented online feedback through internal Zalo groups or electronic forms, helping union members conveniently participate, especially at labor-intensive and shift-based enterprises.
According to Mr. Duong, through summarizing, the majority of opinions highly appreciated the content of the draft report, and at the same time proposed many practical solutions to improve the effectiveness of trade union activities in the new context. In which, the content related to collective labor agreements and dialogues at the workplace received many specific comments.
Ms. Dao Thi Ha Ny - Chairwoman of Tien Thanh Ward Trade Union (Lam Dong province) said that in order to complete the targets for the next term, trade unions at all levels need to strongly shift their operating methods from administrative to serving union members and workers.
According to Ms. Ny, trade unions need to strengthen contact and direct dialogue at the grassroots level to promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, thereby having appropriate solutions, avoiding formalism and improving practical efficiency.

In particular, Ms. Ny contributed her opinion on the target "At least 87% of enterprises and units with trade union organizations are covered by collective labor agreements, 85% organize dialogues at the workplace", it is necessary to study improving the implementation rate, and at the same time develop specific solutions to deepen dialogue.
According to many opinions, collective labor agreements should not only stop at signing but also need to improve the quality of negotiation, focusing on issues that workers are concerned about such as salaries, working hours, working conditions, welfare and social security.

In 2026, trade union levels in the province will focus on promoting negotiation, signing and supervising the implementation of collective labor agreements. In which, focus on implementation in industrial zones and clusters - places where direct production labor is concentrated.
The core of collective labor agreements is to create clauses that benefit workers. Thereby ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of union members. Reality shows that in units that implement well, workers' lives are improved, the working environment is stable, and labor disputes are limited.
