TPHCM - Đến khoảng hơn 20h ngày 1.5, khu vực phà Cát Lái (Nhơn Trạch, Đồng Nai) vẫn kẹt xe nghiệm trong. Hàng chục nghìn phương tiện nối đuôi nhau chờ qua phà về lại TPHCM sau kì nghỉ lễ 30.4 và 1.5.
