TPHCM - Hiện nay, tại các thành phố lớn, số lượng người lao động, học sinh, sinh viên tập trung về làm việc, học tập cao vì thế nhu cầu thuê trọ, chung cư mini phổ biến. Tuy nhiên, công tác bảo đảm an toàn về PCCC đối với loại hình trên lại không được chủ cơ sở và người thuê trọ thật sự quan tâm nên dễ dẫn đến cháy gây hậu quả nghiêm trọng.
