Specifically, high school teachers with grades III and III have 64 targets, which are teachers teaching the subjects: Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics, Technology, Literature, History, Geography, Music, Economic and Legal Education and English.
The professional position covers 3 indicators, including: 1 certificate for Intermediate Accountants and 2 certificate for Intermediate Secretaries.
Notably, the plan is to reserve 23 out of 67 targets for recruiting ethnic minorities in 12 positions. In addition, there are 2 targets specifically for admission students who have graduated at 1 position.
Lai Chau Department of Education and Training added that civil servants will be recruited through two rounds of selection. Specifically, round 1 checks the conditions and standards of the candidates according to the requirements of the job position. Round 2 of the professional subjects exam (30 minutes) aims to test the knowledge and professional skills of the candidate.
It is expected that the recruitment period will be held in the fourth quarter of 2025.
According to Lai Chau Department of Education and Training, in 2025, the total number of assigned employees will be 1,025 people. However, the number of employees present is currently only 885 people.
