According to data from the Provincial Employment Service Center, in the first quarter, businesses in the area needed to recruit over 60,000 workers.
The job positions are mainly concentrated in the following occupations: Electronics, garment, packaging, leather shoes, wood production... Enterprises with a large demand for labor recruitment (from a few thousand workers or more) are mainly concentrated in: Phu Ha Industrial Park (Phu Tho town), Cam Khe Industrial Park (Cam Khe district), Yen Lap town industrial cluster (Yen Lap district), Phu Gia industrial cluster (Phu Ninh district)...

Ms. Chu Thi Trang - Human Resources Director of Yida Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Song Thao town industrial cluster (Cam Khe town, Cam Khe district) - said: "Since the beginning of 2025, we have had many more orders and plan to recruit nearly 1,000 more workers".
Ms. Pham Thi Anh Ngoc - Head of Human Resources Department of Yakjin Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Thuy Van Industrial Park, Viet Tri City - shared: "Our company is in need of recruiting 500 more employees to serve production expansion and new orders. This period has many incentives, newly recruited workers are rewarded with 1.3 million VND, introducers are rewarded with 650 thousand VND. Workers' income is guaranteed to be from 7 - 10 million VND/month".
In early 2025, the export market showed positive signs, many businesses have signed new orders to ensure production in the first quarter and half of the year, causing the demand for labor recruitment to increase. Along with that is the recruitment of new personnel to compensate for the wave of personnel quitting and changing jobs after Tet.
Based on their qualifications, skills and abilities, newly recruited workers will be arranged to work in suitable positions to ensure the progress of implementing new business orders signed at the beginning of the year. Along with that, businesses will ensure salary, bonus, social insurance regimes according to regulations and some other attractive incentives.
