On May 20, Thai Binh Provincial Police issued a notice to recruit unterm contract workers to receive salaries from the State budget at Thai Binh Provincial drug rehabilitation facilities in 2025.
Accordingly, based on Circular No. 22/2022/TT-BCA, dated 10.5.2022 of the Minister of Public Security, stipulating contract labor in the People's Police and Official Letter No. 8032/x01-P2, dated April 29, 2025 of the Department of Organization and Personnel-Ministry of Public Security on the notice of approval of labor labor contracts on salary contracts from the state budget at the drug detoxification facility; Thai Binh Provincial Police announced that the recruitment of contracts did not determine the wage period from the state budget at the drug detoxification facility in Thai Binh province, as follows:
1. targets
Total targets for contract labor recruitment: 20 targets, including:
- General administration: 02 targets;
- Repairing and maintaining power supply, water supply and drainage systems, cars and other machinery and equipment: 02 targets;
- Nutrition: 14 targets;
- Sanitation of shared-use areas, care of flower gardens and ornamental plants in agencies and units: 02 targets.
2. Conditions for signing the contract
- General standards: Be a Vietnamese citizen, have a permanent address in Vietnam, have good qualities and ethics, strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies; have a clear background and be confirmed by the police at the commune level where the employee resides or the agency or organization where the employee works.
- Political standards: The employee's personal and relatives include biological father, mother; father, mother-in-law or husband; the person directly raising him or her from a young age, of his or her husband; his or her biological brothers, sisters, and brothers must ensure political standards according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
- Age: Within the working age according to the provisions of the current Labor Code. Priority is given to signing contracts with employees who meet the conditions for social insurance payment period to receive pension when employees reach retirement age according to regulations.
- Professional qualifications: Have a graduation certificate; have training and development certificates in accordance with job position, professional title standards according to current regulations.
- Health: Good enough health to perform the task according to the conclusion of a district-level medical examination and treatment facility or higher; no chronic disease, birth defects, no use of drugs or other addictive substances.
- Have an application.
3. Application documents
The application for labor recruitment includes:
- Number of applications: 01 ministry;
- Application for contract labor recruitment (according to the prescribed form);
- Clear background, the declarant must sign a witness stating the truth, with confirmation from the local government, and a 4x6 photo (original).
- Certificate of good health to work according to the conclusion of a district-level medical examination and treatment facility or higher (original) for a period of 6 months
- Certified copy of the educational qualification certificates and scoreboards and learning outcome tables.
- Certified copy of birth certificate, citizen identification card.
- Certificate of union member, party member (if any).
- Priority certificates (if any).
4. Priority order
- People who have completed their military service, their service in the People's Public Security, and youth volunteer soldiers.
- People who have worked for a seniority in the correct profession or profession of the job position and are of working age.
5. Time and location for receiving documents
- Time to receive documents: During office hours, from the date of notification to May 31, 2025.
