PC08 said that during the 10 days of the peak period, the Traffic Police in Ho Chi Minh City handled and recorded more than 5,100 cases of alcohol concentration violations.

According to the representative of the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police, the situation of traffic order and safety in the city has had many complicated developments in recent times. Violations of alcohol and drug concentrations tend to increase. This is one of the direct causes of serious accidents.
In the face of the above situation, the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Police Department directed the Traffic Police Department to organize and deploy a plan to mobilize forces to handle violations of alcohol and drug concentration.
