The Steering Committee for Coercion of Hung Dao Commune People's Committee has just issued a Notice on the implementation of coercive demolition of works violating the law on land and construction order in January 2026 in Hung Dao commune.

The violating project is on rice land of Mr. V.S.T, the violating location is Cua Chien, hamlet 4, Hung Dao commune. The structure of the project is a concrete foundation, corrugated iron, with a total violating area of 420m2.
The violating work is on Mr. N.K.T's public land, the violating location is in Dong Nhoi, hamlet 3, Hung Dao commune. Structure of temporary shelter, brick floor, violating area 67m2.
The violating work on other annual crop land of Ms. N.T.T, the violating location is hamlet 3, Dong Lu village, Hung Dao commune. Structure of the project: level 4 house, brick walls, roof and corrugated iron roof, 3.5m high, violating area 78.3 m2.
The violating work is on other annual crop land of Mr. N.Q.A, the violating location is hamlet 3, Dong Lu village, Hung Dao commune. The structure of the project is a steel frame house, steel railing on an area of 94.5m2.
The violating work on other annual crop land of Ms. N.T.A.L, the violating location is at Cua Chua beach, Dong Lu village, Hung Dao commune. Structure of the project: Level 4 house, brick wall, combined with corrugated iron fence 3.5m high, violating area 74.36 m2.
The violating work on public land of Mr. N.V.T, the violating location is in Dong Tay, Dong Lu village, Hung Dao commune. Structure of the project: Container house, corrugated iron roof, corrugated iron wall, tarpaulin fence, yard, pillar violating on a land area of 312.09 m2.
The violating work is on other annual crop land of Mr. N.V.C, the violating location is in Dai Tao village, Hung Dao commune. Structure of the project: level 4 house, brick walls, corrugated iron roof, violating area 132.6m2.

Violating construction on rice land of Ms. C.T.H, the violation location is in Do Chang village, Hung Dao commune. Construction structure: level 4 house, brick walls, corrugated iron roof, brick floor, fence, violating area 75m2.
Violating works on other annual crop land of Ms. D.D.L, in Phu Hang village, Hung Dao commune. Structure of works: brick wall foundation, soil and rock pouring, phosphate tank, violating area 180m2.

Regarding the time to implement coercion, Hung Dao Commune People's Committee said that it will be implemented in 2 days, which are January 28 and 29, 2026. The time to start implementing coercion is from 06:30 every day, until the end of the entire coercion according to regulations.
January 28, 2026: Enforced demolition of works in Dong Lu village (old Dong Quang commune) and village 4 (old Cong Hoa commune), including 6 violating works.
January 29, 2026: Enforced demolition of works in Do Chang, Dai Tao villages (old Dai Thanh commune) and Phu Hang village (old Tan Phu commune), including 05 violating works.
Regarding the organization of implementation, the Coercion Steering Committee notified the coerced men and women to urgently voluntarily dismantle all of their violating works before 5:00 PM on January 27, 2026. Clear and move all assets out of the violating works before the Coercion Steering Committee implements the coercion of the violating works.
Assigning sub-committees to assist the Steering Committee for Coercion to review assigned tasks, ensuring full content and composition to organize the implementation of coercion in accordance with the set plan.
Assign leaders and heads of mass organizations of Do Chang, Dai Tao, Phu Hang villages, villages 3, 4 and Dong Lu villages to continue to propagate and mobilize violating cases in their villages to voluntarily dismantle violating works in accordance with the law.
