On January 22, Hung Dao Commune People's Committee, Hanoi City, said that the Steering Committee for Enforcement of Hung Dao Commune had organized a Conference to deploy the enforcement of works violating the law on land and construction order in January 2026 in the commune. The conference was chaired by Mr. Tran Duc Thang - Member of the Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee.
Hung Dao Commune Economic Department has reported on the preparation and implementation of the coercion plan for 11 households with illegal construction works, violating land laws and construction order in January 2026.
The report clearly states the process of reviewing, preparing violation dossiers, and issuing coercive decisions in accordance with legal regulations; assessing difficulties and obstacles in the process of organizing implementation.
Representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Dao commune said that they have carried out propaganda and mobilization for violating households to comply with coercive decisions; and at the same time emphasized the role of the grassroots political system in coordinating, explaining, and persuading to create consensus among the people.
Mr. Tran Duc Thang - Standing Vice Chairman of Hung Dao Commune People's Committee requested members of the Steering Committee and sub-committees to continue to uphold the spirit of responsibility, closely follow the functions and tasks assigned; implement coercion in the correct order, procedures, in accordance with the law, ensuring security and order, safety for participating forces and people.
Mr. Thang also emphasized the strengthening of propaganda, mobilization, and dialogue, minimizing complex developments, contributing to re-establishing discipline in land management and construction order in the commune.
The conference is an important preparation step to ensure that the enforcement work in January 2026 is implemented seriously, effectively and in accordance with legal regulations.
