According to Ha Tinh Provincial Police, to ensure the smooth reception of applications for granting and exchanging driving licenses for people, the unit has arranged 12 points for receiving documents, including: Ha Tinh Provincial Public Administration Center; at the police headquarters of the towns: Ky Dong, Cam Xuyen, Thach Ha, Huong Khe, Nghen, Duc Tho, Pho Chau, Tien Dien, Vu Quang; Hung Tri Ward Police (Ky Anh Town) and Nam Hong Ward Police (Hong Linh Town).
At points for receiving applications for granting and exchanging driving licenses, citizens need to prepare documents including: Application for granting or exchanging a driving license according to the prescribed form; Health certificate of the driver issued by a qualified medical examination and treatment facility (except for Grade A, A1, B1 driving licenses); Certified copy or electronic copy of the driving license, citizen identification card, passport valid (for foreigners, Vietnamese residing abroad).
At the reception points, people are instructed to carry out other necessary procedures such as taking photos and fulfilling their obligations to pay the driver's license exchange fee upon receipt.
The results of receiving the driving license after 5 working days will be updated on the electronic environment (VNeID application and the driving license information lookup page of the Traffic Police Department). People receive the results at the reception point or return them at home if needed.
For the implementation of online procedures, individuals who need to change their driving license can access the National Public Service Portal or the Ministry of Public Security, declare according to the instructions and must fulfill their obligation to pay the driver's license change fee through the payment function of the online public service system according to regulations.
The result of the GPLX was transferred to the people after 5 working days (if registering the postal service), and the electronic data of the people's license will be automatically updated on the electronic environment through the PPLX information search page of the National Traffic Police Department and the national identification application (VNEID).
