Both of these official dispatches have the same content: Decision to establish an Inspection and Supervision Team, one signed by Deputy Director Ta Tung Lam and the other signed by Deputy Director Tran Van Hung. Mr. Tri Tan confirmed that this was a fake official dispatch and affirmed that the Department of Health did not issue an official dispatch with this content. In addition, according to Mr. Tri Tan, if you are observant, just looking from the outside, you can easily recognize the abnormality of the two official dispatch contents.
Firstly, both documents have the same content, the same decision number 115/QD-SYT but were issued on 2 different days. In which, the document signed by Mr. Tran Thanh Hung was dated September 26, 2024; The document signed by Mr. Ta Tung Lam was dated September 27, 2024.
