On the morning of March 4, information from the leader of Huu Kiem commune (Ky Son district, Nghe An province) said that a serious traffic accident had just occurred in the area, killing 2 people.
Accordingly, at around 4:45 p.m., Mr. M.V.N (born in 2002) was driving a motorbike with license plate 37AE-012.19, carrying Mr. C.V.V (born in 2008) on National Highway 7. Both reside in Huoi Tho village, Huu Kiem commune.
While traveling from Tuong Duong to Ky Son, the motorbike driven by Mr. N. tried to overtake an ore truck.
Due to the narrow road and lack of visibility, while overtaking, the motorbike suddenly collided head-on with a gasoline tanker traveling in the opposite direction.
The strong collision caused both victims to be thrown onto the road and towed by a tanker truck for about 10 meters, leading to death on the spot.
Immediately after receiving the report, the authorities arrived at the scene to direct traffic and investigate the cause of the accident.
