The total penalty for the driver and vehicle owner is more than 111.5 million VND.
Following that, at 10:05 PM on the same day, on provincial road 518C, passing through Quy Loc commune, the task force of Traffic Police Team No. 1 continued to discover a truck with license plate 36H-036. 97 driven by Bui Sy Khanh carrying stone exceeding the permitted load by over 200%.
In addition to the act of carrying overloaded goods, the driver also violated the offense of controlling a vehicle without a badge as prescribed. The vehicle owner was also fined for handing over the vehicle to an employee to control the vehicle to commit the violation. The total fine for the driver and business owner is more than 178 million VND.
