At the above time, Mr. L.T.H (27 years old, in Kim Boi village, Dong Thanh commune, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province) was driving a motorbike with license plate 36B2-828..., traveling on the East-West highway (from Thanh Hoa city to Thieu Hoa district) and crashed into the median strip in the middle of the road.
As a result, Mr. L.T.H died on the spot, and his motorbike was severely damaged. The initial cause was determined to be that Mr. H was driving without paying attention to traffic, causing the accident.
The case is currently under investigation.
