The reason for taking the new ward is Cau Giay: In Cau Giay district, there was a village specializing in producing paper, so it was called paper village; There is a bridge named Cau Giay, followed the style of Ha Kieu, on the market bridge, it was mainly paper, so it was called Hang Paper or Cau Giay bridge. Therefore, taking the name of the new administrative unit is Cau Giay to ensure the historical factor of cultural tradition; At the same time, in accordance with the principle of encouraging the name of the commune and ward according to the name of the district administrative unit (before arranging).
Nghia Do Ward was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Nghia Tan Ward (belonging to Cau Giay District); most of the natural area and population of the wards: Co Nhue 1 (belonging to Bac Tu Liem District); Nghia Do, Quan Hoa (belonging to Cau Giay District); part of the natural area and population of the wards: Xuan Tao (belonging to Bac Tu Liem District); Xuan La (belonging to Tay Ho District); Dich Vong, Dich Vong Hau, Mai Dich (belonging to Cau Giay District).
Expected to use the headquarters of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Quan Hoa ward is now the headquarters of the Party Committee, the Fatherland Front and the socio -political organizations of Nghia Do ward. Using the headquarters of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Nghia Tan Ward is now the headquarters of the People's Council - People's Committee of Nghia Do Ward.
The reason for taking the new ward name is Nghia Do: Nghia Do is a ward in Cau Giay district today. Nghia Do today corresponds to the two communes of Nghia Do, Doai Mon and Bai An ward during the feudal period. In which, Nghia Do commune includes four villages: Tien Thuong (Tan village), Trung Nha (Nghe village), Van Long (Dau village) and An Phu in Dich Vong commune, Tu Liem district, Quoc Oai district, Son Tay town; from 1831 under Hoai Duc district, Hanoi province; from 1901 onwards under Ha Dong province.
Accordingly, the name Nghia Do has historical and traditional cultural significance and is in accordance with the principle of prioritizing the use of one of the names of administrative units before the merger to name the new commune or ward, minimizing the impact on people and businesses due to having to change documents.
Yen Hoa ward was established on the basis of merging most of the natural area and population of the wards: Yen Hoa, Trung Hoa (belonging to Cau Giay district); part of the natural area and population of the wards: Nhan Chinh (belonging to Thanh Xuan district); Me Tri (belonging to Nam Tu Liem district).
Expected to use the headquarters of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Yen Hoa ward is currently the headquarters of the Party Committee, the Fatherland Front and the socio -political organizations of Yen Hoa ward. Using the headquarters of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Trung Hoa Ward is now the headquarters of the People's Council - People's Committee of Yen Hoa Ward.
The reason for taking the new ward is Yen Hoa: Yen Hoa is one of the wards in Cau Giay district today; As one of the cradles of Thang Long - Hanoi culture, the village has the past - now Yen Hoa ward, one of the twenty "scientific villages" in Vietnam and one of the five "Khoa Bang village" of the land of the city.
The name of the new administrative unit is Yen Hoa to ensure the traditional cultural tradition; In accordance with the priority principle of using one of the names of administrative units before merging to name new communes and wards, minimize the impact on people and businesses due to the need to convert papers.
