Accordingly, in the new Tran Bien ward, the ward's working headquarters plan will be arranged at 3 locations including: The working headquarters of the Party Committee - Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Tran Bien ward is located at the current headquarters of the Bien Hoa City Party Committee; the working headquarters of the Ward People's Council - People's Committee is located at the headquarters of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (opposite the headquarters of the Bien Hoa City Party Committee); The ward's Public Administration Service Center is located at the People's Committee of Trung Dung ward (old) on Vo Thi Sau street.
Up to this point, the working headquarters of the Party Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tran Bien ward has basically completed the arrangement of working rooms for the leadership and staff; at the same time, organized a trial operation effectively.
Meanwhile, the working headquarters of the Ward People's Council - People's Committee is urgently handing over the working rooms of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, associations and unions of Bien Hoa City to arrange working rooms for the new team of cadres and civil servants of Tran Bien ward.

For the ward's Public Administration Service Center, the arrangement of the area to receive people's documents as well as the place where people wait to receive the results has been basically completed. Currently, the locations for the headquarters of Tran Bien ward have been painted and decorated cleanly to create an urgent atmosphere, ready to go into operation from July 1.
After the new establishment, Tran Bien ward (based on the arrangement of the entire natural area and population of Buu Long, Quang Vinh, Trung Dung, Thong Nhat, Hiep Hoa and An Binh wards) is considered one of the "super wards" of the country with a population of nearly 200,000 people and will officially come into operation from July 1.
Dong Nai province, after merging with Binh Phuoc province, has an administrative - political center located in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province (after the arrangement, the new Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai province).
