Dong Nai - The provincial Department of Construction organized an architectural competition for the 105-hectare Dong Nai Provincial Political - Administrative Center.

On June 25, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a plan to organize a contest to select architectural plans for the Dong Nai Provincial Political - Administrative Center to concretize the policy of relocating and building a new provincial-level administrative center...

The project aims to form an administrative center with a synchronous, modern architecture, with its own identity.

The participants are domestic and foreign architectural design consulting units with sufficient operational and practical capacity according to current regulations.

The cost of organizing the entrance exam is about 3.11 billion VND.

Regarding the prize structure, the first prize is 0.9 billion VND, the second prize is 0.7 billion VND, the third prize is 0.5 billion VND.

The unpaid plans (maximum support for 5 plans) are about 0.5 billion VND.

The Provincial Political - Administrative Center has a scale of about 105 hectares and is located in the central area of the Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park conversion area.

In which, the entrance exams include a land plot for the construction of the Provincial Political - Administrative Center of about 21 hectares, about 20 floors high; a land plot for the construction of a square of about 14 hectares; an exhibition center of about 3 hectares.

Previously, the contest "Ideas for planning to convert the function of Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1 into an Urban - Commercial - Service Area in An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province" was approved by the Provincial People's Committee, unanimously choosing the first prize of the contest for implementation.
