On September 19, according to the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center, 3 projects including road 769, road 770B, and road 773 were started on July 10, and so far more than 380ha of land has been handed over.
These are routes that play a role in connecting localities in the city to Long Thanh airport.
Specifically, the project to upgrade and expand road 769, nearly 30 km long, passing through 3 communes and wards of Dong Nai City including: Dau Giay, Binh An and Long Thanh, has so far handed over 71.13ha of land, reaching a rate of 52.49%.
The 770B road construction project has a length of more than 42km, passing through 9 communes and wards of Dong Nai City including: Xuan Bac, Xuan Que, Xuan Duong, Dau Giay, Gia Kiem, Long Phuoc, Phuoc Thai, Binh Loc, Xuan Lap, and has so far handed over 184.24ha of land, reaching a rate of 68.6%.
The project to upgrade and expand route 773 has a total length of nearly 40km, passing through 6 communes and wards including: Xuan Hoa, Xuan Loc, Xuan Phu, Xuan Dong, Cam My, Xuan Duong, and has now handed over 125.8ha of land, reaching a rate of 56%.
