The origin of the land was previously used by Guest House 71 and Dong Nai Provincial Continuing Education Center (now Dong Nai City), which was recovered.

Land plot No. 59, map sheet No. 119, Tam Hiep ward, Dong Nai city, auctioned area of 1,850m2 of residential land in urban areas, starting price of over 83 billion VND.
Land plot No. 1597 map sheet No. 18, Dau Giay ward, Dong Nai city, located adjacent to National Highway 1A, residential area A1-C1, auctioned area of more than 9,100m2, starting price of more than 133 billion VND.
