On September 13, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tien Cong - Head of Da Teh 2 Commune Police (Lam Dong), said that the unit had just coordinated with local authorities and functional forces to mobilize people to relocate graves and hand over land to implement the project.
In Ton Klong village, some graves are within the scope of site clearance. This is an issue related to spiritual life, customs and feelings of families, especially ethnic minorities.
Da Teh 2 Commune Police, along with the government and related units, directly met and listened to the thoughts and aspirations of the people; propagated the policy of implementing the project, and at the same time guided the determination of the location, number of graves and related procedures.
According to the leaders of the Commune Police, the mobilization process was carried out in accordance with customs, habits and actual conditions of each family.
The Police force proactively grasps the situation, promptly guides and resolves arising problems, and ensures security and order in the site clearance area.
Through propaganda and mobilization, 32 households in Ton Klong village have voluntarily moved the graves of their relatives and ancestors out of the project's scope of impact and handed over the site according to the local plan.
People's consensus on relocating graves contributes to removing difficulties in site clearance, creating conditions for functional agencies to continue implementing the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway project.
The Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway is nearly 66km long, passing through Tan Phu district (Dong Nai) and Da Huoai, Bao Lam, Bao Loc localities (Lam Dong).
The project is implemented in the form of PPP, BOT contract, with a total phased investment of 18,0002 billion VND, of which the State capital participates in 6,500 billion VND.
The project started on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2028.
When completed, the expressway will strengthen the connection between Lam Dong and the Southeast region, contributing to creating motivation for socio-economic development.
