On October 26, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City announced that it had issued a document on organizations and individuals who are qualified to conduct technical inspection of labor safety in construction. According to the Department of Construction of Da Nang City, this unit has received a document from the State Appraisal Department of Construction Quality - Ministry of Construction regarding information about organizations and individuals whose term of technical inspection of labor safety has expired.
Currently, there are 5 organizations whose Certificates of Operation have expired, including: KV2 Safety Inspection Joint Stock Company, International Certification Inspection and Verification Joint Stock Company, Region III Technical Safety Inspection Center, Inspection Joint Stock Company One, and Hanoi Technical Safety Inspection Center.
Organizations and individuals whose technical safety inspection activities have expired are not allowed to provide inspection services until they complete the renewal procedures and have their Certificates and Inspector Certificates assessed and renewed by the competent authority according to regulations. In case of termination of inspection activities, the inspection organization must send a notice to the competent authority that issued the Certificate.
