The International Beer Cup has been held annually since 2016 by the Japan Craft Beer Association. This year, the event attracted the participation of 370 beer producers from 24 countries and territories around the world. In total, more than 1,420 products competed in many different award categories.
It is estimated that from 2019 to now, SABECO products have won more than 40 international awards, affirming the outstanding quality of the products thanks to the team of Vietnamese brewers who have a deep understanding of the culture and tastes of domestic consumers, and are intensively trained in Germany, combined with famous raw materials and advanced technology.
In August 2024, SABECO products also won the 2024 World Beer Awards with 2 gold medals and 2 silver medals in the Lager categories. Notably, Lac Viet Beer was also recognized as the “World’s Best Light Lager”.
