An Thi Commune Investment Project Management Board has just organized the payment of compensation and resettlement support funds to households and individuals whose land was recovered to implement the project of investing in construction and business of infrastructure of Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park (Tan A Dai Thanh Industrial Park).
According to Decision No. 1243/QD-UBND dated May 27, 2026 of An Thi Commune People's Committee on approving the plan for compensation, support, and resettlement when the State recovers land in An Dam village, this time 67 households and individuals received compensation and support funds with a total recovered land area of 67,546.2m2.
Payment work is carried out publicly, transparently, and in accordance with regulations; households are fully guided on procedures and related documents and receive funds according to the approved plan.
The payment of compensation, support and resettlement contributes to accelerating the progress of site clearance, creating conditions for the implementation of the Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park Project according to plan, promoting industrial development, attracting investment and creating more jobs in the locality.
Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park is a key industrial infrastructure project of Hung Yen province. The project has a scale of nearly 200ha, with a total investment of about 2,842 billion VND, oriented to develop according to the model of high-tech industrial park, green and environmentally friendly industry.
The project is located in An Thi and Nguyen Trai communes, with the advantage of connecting with important traffic routes such as National Highway 39B, Tan Phuc - Vong Phan route and Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway.
When put into operation, the industrial park is expected to attract high-value-added manufacturing industries, contributing to promoting industrial development, attracting investment, creating jobs and contributing to the sustainable development goals of Hung Yen province in the period 2025 - 2030.
