On June 1, Long Thanh Ward People's Committee just publicly announced the compensation and support plan (phase 7-supplement) for 5 cases under the Project to upgrade and expand road 25B passing through Long Thanh and Nhon Trach wards, the section from the center of Nhon Trach ward to National Highway 51.
According to the expected plan of the Dong Nai Land Fund Development Center - Long Thanh branch, there are 5 additional cases with a total value of compensation and support plan of more than 348 million VND.
Previously, on May 26, the People's Committee of Nhon Trach ward just publicly posted the compensation, support, and resettlement plan for households whose land was recovered under the project to upgrade and expand road 25B, the section from the center of Nhon Trach ward to National Highway 51 (phase 6).
The project to upgrade and expand road 25B, the section from the center of Nhon Trach ward to National Highway 51, with a length of more than 9 km, with a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND, started in December 2024.
On April 21, 2026, Chairman of Dong Nai City People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut inspected the reality and worked with localities on the progress of site clearance and construction of road 25B and 25C projects. These are 2 key projects of the city to serve connectivity with Long Thanh airport.
Reporting at the project construction site, representatives of the Dong Nai City Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the project to upgrade and expand provincial road 25B, the handed over site area reached 70%, the construction output reached about 50%; at the same time, requested localities to coordinate to soon implement the handover of the entire remaining site area in order to complete the project by the end of June 2026.
