On August 10, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued a document on organizing fireworks displays on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2026).
According to the plan, the city will organize fireworks displays at 7 locations, including 3 high-altitude combined low-altitude fireworks display locations and 4 low-altitude fireworks display locations.
3 high-altitude fireworks locations
The number 1 firing point is in the Saigon River tunnel head area (An Khanh ward) with a quantity of 1,000 high-altitude fireworks, 200 low-altitude fireworks, 60 G25 low-altitude platforms and 30 DBG low-altitude platforms.
Firing point No. 2 in the Binh Duong New City Center area (Binh Duong ward) uses 420 high-altitude fireworks, 80 low-altitude fireworks and 60 G25 low-altitude platforms.
Firing point No. 3 in Tam Thang Tower Square area (Vung Tau ward) with 420 high-altitude fireworks, 80 low-altitude fireworks and 60 G25 low-altitude platforms.
4 low-altitude fireworks locations
At Ba Ria Square Park (Ba Ria ward), 90 low-altitude FH-60 fireworks displays are used.
At Dam Sen Cultural Park (Binh Thoi ward), 90 low-altitude FH-60 fireworks displays are arranged.
At the SAIGON MARINA IFC Tower (Saigon ward), there are 90 G25 low-altitude platforms, 60 DBG low-altitude platforms and 10,920 FH-30 pipes.
At Kim Long villa area (Rach Dia bridge, Nha Be commune), 90 low-altitude FH-60 fireworks platforms are used.
All 7 locations will simultaneously set off fireworks from 9:00 PM to 9:15 PM on September 2, 2026.
