Ninh Binh Department of Tourism noted that the temporary suspension or restriction of operations is only a proactive, temporary measure to ensure safety in unfavorable weather conditions. Not all tourist areas and attractions in the province are closed.
Tourist areas or services that meet safety conditions will still operate according to the announcement of the management unit. The time of reopening at the temporarily suspended locations will be determined based on weather developments and actual conditions.
Ninh Binh Department of Tourism requests tourists to proactively update weather information and the operating status of each area and point before moving; comply with the instructions of the management board and functional forces, do not arbitrarily enter areas that have warnings or temporarily suspend operations.
