The Provincial Party Standing Committee requested Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels to well implement social security policies, take care of people's material and spiritual lives during Tet, ensuring that every household and every person can enjoy Spring and celebrate Tet.
In particular, pay attention to taking care of policy families, people with meritorious services, revolutionary base areas; workers and laborers working in enterprises and industrial zones inside and outside the province, especially those who have lost their jobs; poor and near-poor households, children and people in difficult circumstances; people affected by natural disasters, epidemics..., especially people affected by landslides and subsidence in localities in the province.
The Directive also reiterates regulations on strengthening the work of preventing and combating waste and negativity; not organizing visits and New Year greetings to superiors and leaders at all levels; not giving or presenting New Year gifts to leaders at all levels in any form; not going to pagodas or festivals if not assigned; not participating in superstitious activities; not using state budget, means, and public assets against regulations for festival and entertainment activities...
Strictly implement regulations on revolutionary ethical standards; exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members and things party members are not allowed to do, especially regulations on not driving a vehicle after consuming alcohol.
