In order to further improve the quality of resolving citizens' complaints in the province, the Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee requested Directors of departments, Heads of agencies and units under the Provincial People's Committee and Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards to focus on directing and strictly implementing legal regulations on citizen reception and petition resolution, such as: Law on Complaints in 2011; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Citizen Reception, Law on Complaints, Law on Denunciations...
In which, when accepting and resolving complaints, it is necessary to identify and clarify the complaint conditions, the complainant (the authorized person), the content of the complaint and the person with the authority to resolve complaints; accept and resolve complaints in accordance with the content, order, and form regulations; the decision to resolve complaints must be complete in all contents (conclusion of the complaint content, clearly stating right and wrong, legal basis...).
In addition, in the process of resolving complaints, seriously implement dialogue with citizens, especially resolving for the second time in accordance with the order, procedures, and requirements; proactively seek opinions and consultations from specialized agencies before issuing reports on verification results and resolution decisions.
The complainant is responsible for organizing and directing the implementation of the complaint resolution decision; reporting and publicizing the results of complaint resolution; preparing, storing, managing complaint resolution dossiers and updating information to the national database on complaints and denunciations according to regulations.
At the same time, continue to seriously implement the Directive of the Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee on strengthening the work of receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations in Bac Ninh province.
